Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
For orders shipped within the USA: orders are generally shipped through USPS Ground Advantage which delivers packages within 2–5 business days.

For orders shipped internationally: orders are generally shipped through DHL and the shipping times will vary based on the destination of the address and country. 

All orders shipped internationally will automatically collect duties and import taxes at checkout based on the destination of the address and country.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@PlotBotStudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
